Our program is simple...We pay the shipping on your purchase as long as you live in the continental U.S. (Lower 48 states). If you live outside the "lower 48" we have payment buttons provided with extra shipping cost added.

We ship your purchase via standard UPS ground. This means that, once your order is shipped it will usually take five to seven working days to arrive at your home. All "print only" selections will ship U.P.S. Ground, within 7-12 business days.

Items from Eileen Seitz, Ray Rolston, Carolyn Steele, Steve Simon, Melinda Bradshaw, Pauline Jacobson and Sergey Mirko will ship within 5 business Days of purchase date.

Time to Deliver on Tropical Pie Oil Reproduction Painting Items or Custom Framed items:

All Items marked "In Stock" will Ship within 72 hrs of payment (except Weekends)
or if you purchased an Oil Painting being rendered it might take up to 3 weeks

Orders shipped USPS within 25 business days if no special order items included

Orders with items marked "special order" may take 3 weeks to reach you. Framed Items can take up to 2 Weeks to arrive, as Frames are custom made.

Some orders ship within 15 business days, depends on the speed of the Artist rendering your item.

All Reproduction Paintings can only be returned for credit, as they are made to order.

However, for TropicalPie.com, Inc exclusive Items or featured items from Daniel Brainerd or the Oil Reproduction Gallery, we use the highest quality packing materials, we still insure all of our shipments through the various carriers.
